Send, receive and request
Pay anyone in USDC or EURC by name, @handle or address; receive with one address on both networks; request money with a shareable link.
Send
Say or type who and how much — "send 20 dollars to Alex", "pay @mira 5 euros" — or use the Send screen. Kawase:
- Finds the recipient: a saved contact, a Kawase
@handle, or an0x…address you typed yourself. The agent can only use an address that came from your contacts or appears word for word in your own message. - Picks the currency you hold, or asks if it is unclear.
- Checks everything at once: your balance, your limits, whether this is a first payment to that address, whether the address looks like one of your contacts' (a look-alike), and whether a contact's address changed recently.
- Shows the payment card with the exact amount, currency, recipient and network.
Then one of two things happens:
| Situation | What you do |
|---|---|
| USDC, inside what is left of today's allowance, to someone you have paid before or named in this request | Nothing. It is sent at once and Kawase says so. |
| Above the allowance, any EURC payment, a first payment to a new address above the threshold, or a look-alike address | Confirm with Face ID (fingerprint or screen lock on Android, an email code on the web). |
A payment is only marked paid when the network's receipt shows the exact transfer. If the answer is unclear, the card says "still checking" and Kawase keeps looking; it never sends twice.
Receive
Your wallet has one address on both networks. Open Receive for the address and its QR code. Payments that arrive are noticed by Kawase's watcher, show up in Activity and the inbox, and can wake your automations.
Request
Ask "request 15 dollars from Sam for dinner" or open Request. Kawase creates a payment request in USDC or EURC with a shareable link. The person paying can open it in the web app; the request is marked paid when a Kawase payment or a matching plain transfer arrives.
