Kawase

Withdraw without Kawase

Your money is in your own account on Arc. How to move it out, check it on the explorer, and what the export option will give you.

Kawase never holds your money. Your USDC and EURC sit in your own account on Arc, and the permissions you gave the agent are narrow and expire on their own. This page explains how to get your money out — with Kawase's help, and without it.

While Kawase is running: send it out

The quickest exit is a normal payment:

Pick where it goes

An address you control in another wallet (MetaMask, Rabby, …) that has Arc added, or an exchange's Arc deposit address. Check the network is Arc; sending to an address on another network is not the same thing.

Send everything

Say "send all my USDC to 0x…" (paste the address in the same message) or use the Send screen. Larger amounts ask for your Face ID. Repeat for EURC.

Revoke the agent

Wallet & limits → Revoke (press and hold). Cancel any automations; each cancel revokes its grant on chain.

USDC can also go straight to your own address on Base, Ethereum, Arbitrum, Optimism, Polygon or Avalanche with a bridge.

Check everything on the explorer

You don't need Kawase to see your money. Open your address on Arc's block explorer:

  • Mainnet: https://explorer.arc.io/address/<your address>
  • Testnet: https://testnet.arcscan.app/address/<your address>

There you can see:

  • your USDC and EURC balances (on Arc, USDC is also the network's gas token: one balance, shown both as the native coin and as the USDC token),
  • every transaction, including the payments the agent made under your allowance,
  • your account's code: after setup it is 0xef0100 followed by the EIP7702StatelessDeleGator address. That is the EIP-7702 upgrade; your account still works as a normal account.

If Kawase disappears

  • The agent's permissions stop being useful. Your allowance and automation grants can only be used by Kawase's own agent wallet, and they expire (the allowance after 90 days, each automation at its end date).
  • Your money stays in your account. It is an ordinary account on Arc whose key is held for you by Turnkey.
  • Export wallet (coming). Settings → Account → Export wallet will show your wallet's key through Turnkey's secure export, after Face ID and clear warnings. With it you can import the account into any wallet that supports Arc and move your money without Kawase. This option is not available yet; until it is, the steps above are the way out.

Adding Arc to another wallet

Some wallets label the gas balance "ETH" on custom networks; on Arc it is USDC. The USDC token address is 0x3600000000000000000000000000000000000000 on both networks; EURC is 0xbEf5f6d51CB62b58e6A8f77868681825C6fe21c1 on mainnet and 0x89B50855Aa3bE2F677cD6303Cec089B5F319D72a on testnet.

Removing the EIP-7702 upgrade (optional)

You don't need to undo the upgrade to move your money. If you want a plain account again after exporting it, sign an EIP-7702 authorization pointing at the zero address and send it from the account itself, for example with viem:

import { zeroAddress } from "viem";

const authorization = await walletClient.signAuthorization({ contractAddress: zeroAddress, executor: "self" });
await walletClient.sendTransaction({ to: walletClient.account.address, authorizationList: [authorization] });

Afterwards the explorer shows no code on your address.
